We asked Annelise, founder of contemporary boutique The Fall Bride in East London a few questions about “the cool new bridal destination to know.” 

How long have you been open and what was your inspiration behind opening your bridal shop?

We opened in January 2020 (great timing, right!) in response to the lack of contemporary bridal wear in a city as cosmopolitan as London. I previously worked for over a decade in marketing in the fashion industry, and knew that I could take that experience into the bridal sector.

At it’s core, I really wanted The Fall to be somewhere that I would want to shop for a bridal gown – offering interesting, modern interpretations of bridal within a relaxed environment and friendly, helpful shopping experience.
