What is the price range of your dresses?
Our collections include pieces ranging from $1800 to $5000 USD. For pricing information on a specific style, please send us an inquiry here.
What is the price range for custom designs?
Custom designs range from $8,000 to $15,000 USD. Custom gown prices are determined by the construction, design, production time, and fabrication of the garment. We are happy to provide an estimate before you plan a trip to LA. To begin discussion on the custom design process, please send us an inquiry here.
TIMELINE
How long does it take to make a gown?
Our standard collection styles take about 16 weeks to produce, from the time an order is confirmed and payment has been received. Please note this timeline is for production only, and does not include transit time.
My event is coming up soon. Can I receive a gown on time for my event?
It is recommended to order your gown 7-8 months before the event, to allow time for alterations. However, we do offer a variety of rush options for an additional fee.

Where can I try on your dresses?

My local retailer only carries a selection of styles. What if I’d like to see all pieces in the new collection?

DRESSES
Where do you make your dresses?
All made to order pieces are produced in our design studio in LA. Every gown is hand made with love and care by our team at NEWHITE.
What fabrics do you use?
We use the finest fabrics imported from Italy, Japan, Korea, and Israel. 100% silk satin crepe, 100% silk organza, pleated poly tulle, and superfine poly crepe are just a few examples. All fabrics are treated locally with high heat prior to the production process, to minimize shrinkage and damage afterwards.
Do you offer custom design dresses?
Yes! NEWHITE started as a custom design only studio and specialized in completely custom bridal gowns. We enjoy working with brides who have a unique idea in mind, and can consult on custom designs via email and video chat. ALTERATIONS
Where do I get alterations?
All of our retailers have excellent resources, and can connect you to a recommended tailor in the area if they don’t provide alteration services in-house.

Where do you ship?
We offer domestic and international shipping around the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees can vary between $85- $190 USD, depending on your location. The final shipping amount will appear in your cart before checking out.
