PRICE RANGE
What is the price range of your dresses?
Our collections include pieces ranging from $1900 to $5100 USD. For pricing information on a specific style, please send us an inquiry here.
Do you customize your designs?
Yes! We can customize most gowns from our current selection of dress styles. This will include an additional fee to accomodate the development process. The fee can range depending on how complex the design is. To begin the discussion on the customization process, please send us an inquiry here.
TIMELINE
How long does it take to make a gown?
Our standard collection styles take about 16 weeks to produce, from the time an order is confirmed and payment has been received. Please note this timeline is for production only, and does not include transit time.
My event is coming up soon. Can I receive a gown on time for my event?
It is recommended to order your gown 7-8 months before the event, to allow time for alterations. However, we do offer a variety of rush options for an additional fee.

Where can I try on your dresses?
Select pieces from our collections are currently available in the following areas: Los Angeles, NYC, Denver, Houston, Vancouver, Paris, Chicago, Minneapolis, Toronto, UK, Belgium, Australia, Japan, China, and South Korea. Our retailer list is continually growing, and you can find our full list of boutiques here.
TRUNK SHOWS
My local retailer only carries a selection of styles. What if I’d like to see all pieces in the new collection?
Many boutiques around the world host NEWHITE trunk shows, including locations in addition to our standard retailer list. For information on upcoming trunk show events, please click here. If a trunk show is not available, you can inquire with your local retailer about requesting a dress loan.

DRESSES
Where do you make your dresses?
All made to order pieces are produced in our design studio in LA. Every gown is hand made with love and care by our team at NEWHITE.
What fabrics do you use?
We use the finest imported fabrics including but not limited to: liquid satin, superfine poly crepe, textured organza, pleated poly tulle, floral jacquard, poly satin twill, and hand pleated satin twill. All fabrics are treated locally with high heat prior to the production process, to minimize shrinkage and damage afterwards.
Do you offer custom design dresses?
We offer highly customizable options based on our current design selection, for an additional fee. Some examples are detaching a sleeve, turning an overlay into a detachable skirt, lengthening a train, or swapping one skirt style for another! Depending on the dress, some customizations might be limited due to the original construction. We also offer made to measure or split sizing options as well! ALTERATIONS
Where do I get alterations?
All of our retailers have excellent resources, and can connect you to a recommended tailor in the area if they don’t provide alteration services in-house.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We offer domestic and international shipping around the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees can vary between $85- $190 USD, depending on your location. The final shipping amount will appear in your cart before checking out. Kindly note this does not include import fees or taxes that may apply for international shipping.
